About the Journal

MEDICAL IMAGING AND RADIOTHERAPY JOURNAL (MIRTJ)is an international peer-reviewed open access journal of the Slovenian Association of Radiographers publishing articles of scientific and professional excellence in medical imaging and radiation therapy.

The journal aims to publish articles from all areas of diagnostic imaging (general radiography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine), therapeutic radiologic technology, and oncology. Its aim is to exchange information between practitioners and researchers using radiological imaging, radiotherapy, and interventional techniques. The articles are professional and scientific: research results, technological assessments, case reports, etc.

As an open-access journal, MIRTJ does not charge publication fees, nor is registration or payment required to access articles.
